The Management Sidebar
The Management Sidebar is the panel on the right side of the designer. It is a multi-tabbed interface used to manage the resources, data, and metadata that support your workflow.

Sidebar Tabs
You can switch between the following management zones using the vertical button bar:
1. Properties
This tab manages the high-level settings of the current process:
- Process Name & Description: General identification.
- Global Settings: Configuration that applies to the entire workflow execution.
2. Variables
The Variables tab is where you define and manage the data containers for your project.
- Variable List: View all variables currently defined in the process.
- Management: Add new variables, delete unused ones, or change their types and default values.
- Organization: Use the "Collapse All" button to clean up your view when working with many data points.
3. Triggers
Triggers are event listeners that can resume a workflow.
- Triggers List: View all File, Keyboard, or Email triggers defined in the project.
- Actions: Add, edit, or delete triggers. You can also record keystrokes directly for Keyboard triggers.
4. Elements
The Elements tab houses the GUI Element Tree, which is critical for UI automation.
- Applications: View a tree structure of captured applications and their child elements.
- Recording: Use the Record new Element button to capture UI selectors from your screen.
- Management: Rename, edit, or delete captured elements and applications.
5. Accounts (Placeholder)
This tab is designed for managing secure credentials associated with the process, such as login details for web services or email accounts.
Interaction
The sidebar can be expanded or collapsed to maximize the Viewport space. Each tab features a "Learn More" button that provides context-sensitive help for the specific resource you are managing.
