Workflow Automations
The Workflow Automations page is where you manage the individual automation processes you have developed in Talos.
Managing Workflows
The page is organized into two main tabs:
1. My Workflows
This tab lists all the active workflows in your organization. You can:
- Search & Sort: Quickly find a workflow by name or sort them to organize your view.
- Edit: Open a workflow in the Workflow Designer to modify its logic.
- Delete: Remove workflows that are no longer needed. You can also select multiple workflows for bulk deletion.
2. My Templates
Templates are specialized workflows used as starting points for new projects.
- Creating Templates: When creating or editing a workflow, you can mark it as a template.
- Using Templates: Templates appear in this tab and can be selected when creating a new workflow to pre-populate it with logic and variables.
Note: Template workflows cannot be directly assigned to Jobs. They are only used to initialize new "standard" workflows.
Creating a New Workflow
To create a new automation, click the Create workflow button. You will be asked for:
- Name & Description: Give your workflow a clear name and purpose.
- Use Template: (Optional) Choose an existing template to start with.
- Make as template: Check this box if you want this new workflow to be a template for future use.
Feature Usage
At the top of the page, a usage bar shows how many active workflows you have compared to your subscription limit.
